Ticket Terms & Conditions

These Ticket Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket purchases and free reservations made through SeeMyLegacy. By completing your ticket purchase or reservation, you agree to these terms.

About Your Ticket

Your ticket grants you admission to the specific event listed on your ticket. Each ticket is valid for one-time entry only. Your QR code will be marked as used upon scan and cannot be reused.

Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the event organizer.

All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred to a different event. If you have questions about a specific event's refund policy, please contact the event organizer directly.

Your Digital QR Ticket

Upon completing your purchase or reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with your digital QR ticket PDF attached. Please save this email and download your ticket PDF prior to the event. Lost or inaccessible tickets are the responsibility of the ticket holder. A copy of your digital ticket is accessible through the event organizer if needed.

Billing

For paid ticket purchases, a charge from SeeMyLegacy will appear on your credit card or bank statement. The event organizer is solely responsible for the event itself, including its content, operations, cancellations, and any refund decisions.

Sales Tax

Sales tax, where applicable, is the sole responsibility of the organization hosting the event. SeeMyLegacy does not collect, remit, or manage sales tax on behalf of event organizers. If you have questions about tax on your purchase, please contact the event organizer directly.

Event Changes or Cancellations

SeeMyLegacy is a ticketing platform and is not responsible for event changes, postponements, or cancellations. All decisions regarding refunds or exchanges in the event of a cancellation are at the sole discretion of the event organizer.

Accepted Payment Methods

SeeMyLegacy accepts Credit/Debit Card and Google Pay for ticket purchases. ACH bank transfers are not accepted.
