How do you help us get set up?

Your dedicated Customer Success representative guides you through the entire setup process. It begins with a quick onboarding call where you gain access to the platform and share details about the campaigns you want to launch. Our team then builds your initial campaigns and supporting promotional materials for you.

How does your payment processing work?

Payment Processor & Security

Payments are collected through integrated card and ACH processing powered by Stripe, which meets the payment industry’s highest security standard with PCI Level 1 compliance.

Processing Fees

  • Credit/Debit Card: 3.4% + $.30 per transaction
  • Google Pay: 3.4% + $.30 per transaction
  • ACH Transfer: 0.65% (capped at $6.50) per transaction

Fund Disbursement

Funds are disbursed weekly via ACH or mailed check, based on your preference. Each disbursement includes an itemized breakdown (CSV file) of all transactions collected during that week's disbursement period. Multiple Disbursement accounts can be connected and assigned to your specific campaigns.

Yes. Our team builds your campaigns, will help customize your participation forms, and creates promotional materials for you.

This service is included at no additional cost and remains available for the full duration of your subscription.

Yes. Communities can invite multiple internal teams and partner organizations to use the platform under one subscription.

Are there limits on campaigns, users, or participants?

No. There are no limits on campaigns, users, or participant volume. For $2,499 annually, your community gets unrestricted access with no usage-based fees.

How do I share SeeMyLegacy with my community members?

Your community members can access SeeMyLegacy through a single profile link or through individual campaign pages. Each campaign includes built-in sharing tools such as shareable links, QR codes, and website embed code. We also provide guidance during onboarding on where and how to promote these links across your existing website, social channels, and physical spaces.

Do participants need to create an account?

No. People can participate in your campaigns without creating an account or downloading an app. This is intentionally designed to reduce friction, maximize participation, and prevent drop-off.

Community members get involved through simple, mobile-friendly participation forms where you can collect custom information, documents, signatures, and payments in one streamlined experience.

Can we brand the platform for our community?

Yes. Your community profile and campaign pages reflect your branding and messaging.

Your profile is white labled with your community name, logo, and images - and sharing anyone of your campaign pages includes this branding

What type of customer support is included?

Every subscription includes a dedicated Customer Success representative who supports campaign setup, marketing and promotion guidance, and training for both new and existing users.

Is SeeMyLegacy mobile-friendly?

Yes. The platform works seamlessly across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. Allowing community members to register anytime, and anywhere.

Do I need to download an app to use SeeMyLegacy?

No. SeeMyLegacy is entirely web-based for both administrators and community members. This removes friction, works across all devices, and makes participation easy for people of all tech comfort levels.

Can we export data if needed?

Yes. You own your data and can export it at any time. After your subscription ends, you retain access to the platform for six months to download records and reports.
