How do payments work? Is it secure?
All donations are processed securely through the platform with built-in online payment processing. Donors can complete their contribution quickly without needing to create an account.
What are the fees for donations?
Processing fees depend on the payment method. Card donations include a fee of 3.4% + $0.30 per transaction. ACH bank transfers are 0.65%, capped at $6.50. You can choose to adjust suggested donation amounts or tiers to help offset these fees if needed.
If a donor prefers to give by cash or check, you can record that contribution directly in the platform. Their donation will still be tracked in your Activity Log alongside all other contributions, keeping your records complete and organized.
Can I track donations and campaign progress?
Yes. Your dashboard gives you real-time visibility into:
Total funds raised
