About the Campaign:

If you're feeling ho-ho-holly jolly, this is your moment to share your tinsel-tastic glow! Bring a joyful impact and spread cheer by being a holiday volunteer! This is your official invitation to join the jolliest crew in town.

Each year, Rexburg pulls out all the stops to make the holiday season bigger and brighter than the year before, and this year, Rexburg is turning the dial all the way to “The Tinsel-est Christmas Ever!”

To make it happen, we’re calling on our fantastic family community of folks (like you) to help with details like building props, stringing lights, running activities, sharing the buzz, and tossing tinsel into every corner of the event

How To Participate

We're looking for talented individuals and dedicated assistants to contribute to our event. Tasks might involve:

🍪 Creator Department – The Handmade Helpers!

Got a knack for paper snowflakes, popcorn garlands, or sugar cookies that would make Santa proud? Help us create charming, homemade décor, or donate homemade treats for our holiday sale. Channel your inner Martha and help us turn tinsel and treats into timeless holiday fun!

📻 Merry Marketing Bureau – The Out & Abouters!

Help us put buzz on the streets; we’ll need festive folks to spread the news over all the rooftops of Rexburg! Join our team to craft jolly marketing magic to share with friends, neighbors, and everyone around town.

🎅 Tinsel & Tools Task Force – The Scene Setters!

In the days leading up to and on the big day (🎄 December 1, 2025 🎄), help us "deck the halls" into a holiday wonderland. Your time and talents will bring joy, magic, and hard work to life!

🦌 The Merry Maker Crew - The Activity Masters

From Cocoa stands to Train-tastic tenders, the event will have multiple activities, each in need of a merry maker to oversee it. Answer questions, point people in the right direction, and assist with supplies as needed. Someone needs to make sure Santa has all the cocoa and cookies he needs that evening! ;)

🎶 Downtown Cheer Captains – Merchants & Melodies Unite!

Please help us spread that good old-fashioned holiday spirit throughout downtown Rexburg! We’re inviting our downtown areas to participate in the merriment, connecting the entire community. BYU-Idaho is sponsoring a shuttle that will run from Riverside Park & our main event, to Center Street Plaza (behind the Romance Theater), to Hemming Village. With that, we're looking to brighten the spirit downtown during our event!
