About the Campaign:

🍂 Coraopolis Fall Festival – October 11, 2025 | 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM Hosted by the Coraopolis Community Development Corporation (CCDC), the Fall Festival is a vibrant celebration of local culture, community spirit, and seasonal fun. Held in the heart of downtown Coraopolis, this event draws thousands of attendees for a day filled with a petting zoo, food trucks, artisan vendors, family-friendly activities, and—of course—carnival games that bring out the kid in everyone.

🎪 Volunteer Opportunities To make this beloved event a success, CCDC is calling on community members to lend a hand. Whether you're an early riser, a midday dynamo, or someone who loves wrapping things up, there's a role for you:

Set-Up Crew (8:30 AM – 10:30 AM) Help transform the town into a festive wonderland! Tasks include arranging tables, tents, signage, and prepping game stations.

Carnival Game Hosts (Two Shifts)

  • 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM Keep the energy high and the smiles wide by running classic carnival games. Volunteers will assist kids, hand out prizes, and keep the fun flowing.

Tear-Down Team (3:00 PM – 4:00 PM) After the last bite is eaten and the final prize is won, help pack up and restore the space. It’s a short but essential shift to close out the day.
