About the Campaign:

Dear Friend of The Schoolhouse Players,

For more than thirty years, The Schoolhouse Players, a program of the Bartow Community Club, has provided a place where stories come to life and where people of all ages can gather, create, perform, and celebrate the arts. Since 1993, our historic theater has been a treasured part of Jefferson County's cultural heritage.

Today, we are working to write an exciting new chapter.

On July 18, 2026, The Schoolhouse Players will host a Talent Search Competition designed to showcase local talent, welcome new performers to the stage, and strengthen community engagement through the arts. We believe this event can spark renewed interest in theater, attract visitors to Jefferson County, and inspire a new generation of volunteers and performers.

Unfortunately, the pandemic in 2020 and building repairs have placed a significant strain on our resources and depleted much of the funding needed to support programming. While preserving our historic facility remains a priority, we are equally committed to ensuring that the stage remains active and accessible to our community.

We invite you to partner with us as a sponsor of the 2026 Talent Search Competition & Play programming.

Your sponsorship will help provide:

• Prizes for talent search competition winners

• Refreshments and hospitality for participants and guests

• Event promotion and production expenses

• Continued support for community arts programming

Sponsorship opportunities include:

⭐ Platinum Sponsor – $1,000+ Presenting Sponsor recognition, premium logo placement, VIP seating, 6 season tickets to all events, and special recognition throughout the event.

🌟 Gold Sponsor – $500–$999 Large logo placement, stage recognition, social media acknowledgment, and reserved seating (4 season tickets to all events).

🎭 Silver Sponsor – $250–$499 Program recognition, social media acknowledgment, and reserved seating (2 season tickets to all events).
