About the Campaign:

The City of Hudson proudly unveils the Adopt-a-Spot program bringing residents, businesses, artists, and community groups together to create a space in Downtown Hudson that residents and visitors love to shop, dine, and spend time in. By caring for public spaces, we create a lively, welcoming setting that invites everyone to explore, linger, and come back again.

Guidelines

Who can adopt?

• Local businesses
• Nonprofits & community organizations
• School or youth groups
• Residents

Sponsorship Levels

• Downtown District Partner - $1,000 - 1 available
• First & Main Visionary - $900 - 2 available
• Clinton Street Champion - $700 - 3 available
• First Street Premier Sponsor - $500 - 3 available

*Sponsorship rates are determined by the size of the flower bed, plant type, and location. All sponsorships include a recognition plaque.

What is the commitment?

Each adopter agrees to:

• Visit their spot 1–2 times per month from May to October
• Perform light maintenance only:Litter removalSweepingWeeding/tree-well care
• Report damage or safety issues to the City (no repairs expected)
• Not required: snow removal, structural repairs, or heavy landscaping.
