The Matawan Recreation Commission invites families to celebrate Halloween at the Halloween Boo-tacular, a festive evening filled with community fun. Enjoy games, treats, a costume parade and contest, music, a smoke machine, a hot dog wagon, and more at the Matawan Borough Gazebo Lawn.

Event Details

Date: Friday, October 23, 2026 | 6:00 PM–8:00 PM

Location: Matawan Borough Gazebo Lawn, 201 Broad Street

Families are strongly encouraged to register in advance so the Matawan Recreation Commission can get an estimated headcount and plan accordingly. By letting us know how many children will be attending, you’ll help organizers prepare for a welcoming and enjoyable Halloween celebration for the community.
