About the Campaign:
The City of Hudson is launching the Honoring Our Hometown Heroes banner program to recognize and celebrate military veterans and active service members with ties to Hudson. This tribute program will feature up to 41 professionally produced banners, displayed annually on city-owned light poles along Veterans Way and SR 91 (South Main Street to Stoney Hill).

Each banner will include a full-color photo of the honoree along with their name and basic military service details, set against a patriotic backdrop. Banners will be produced locally and paid by the applicant.

Display Periods:

  1. Memorial Day: Two weeks surrounding the holiday
  2. Veterans Day: Two weeks surrounding the holiday
  3.  (Exact dates may vary due to weather or operational needs.)

Program Details:

  1. Banner Size: 30” x 60”
  2. Design: Patriotic, full-color theme
  3. Eligibility:
  4. Honoree must be a Hudson-affiliated U.S. military veteran or active-duty service member.
  5. “Hudson-affiliated” includes current residents, past residents, or immediate family members of current residents.
  6. Program Capacity: 41 banner locations
  7. Minimum Orders: 30 banners required to initiate the program
  8. Duration: Banners will be displayed for two one-year cycles, up to a maximum of three years (unless otherwise requested).
