The 2027 Miss Amory Railroad Festival Pageant is one of Mississippi's premier scholarship pageants, and this year's competition promises to be bigger, brighter, and more memorable than ever. Whether you're stepping onto a stage for the very first time or returning to compete for the coveted Miss Amory Railroad Festival crown, you'll find a first-class event built around confidence, character, leadership, and community pride.
As an Official Gateway Pageant to the Miss Mississippi Volunteer Organization, this pageant opens doors to scholarships, prestigious titles, statewide competition, and a sisterhood of outstanding young women dedicated to service and empowerment.
Age Divisions
The pageant welcomes contestants from across Mississippi and surrounding states in the following divisions:
A complete schedule with division start times will be released prior to pageant day.
Awards & Recognition
Every contestant ages 0–5 will receive a trophy and be recognized for participating. In all divisions, each age group will crown a Division Queen, three Alternates, and present an official crown, custom sash, and trophy.
Division winners in Little Miss, Junior Miss, and Pre-Teen Miss (ages 6–12) will receive the opportunity to participate in the Miss Mississippi Volunteer Honeybee Princess Program — an unforgettable experience during Miss Mississippi Volunteer Week where young girls are paired with titleholders as mentors, walk on stage during the Evening Gown Competition, perform choreographed routines, and build friendships that last a lifetime.
The Teen Miss winner (ages 13–15) receives a paid entry into the Miss Mississippi Teen Volunteer Competition.
The Pre-Miss Amory Railroad Festival winner (ages 16–19) receives an official crown, custom sash, trophy, scholarship, paid entry into the Miss Mississippi Volunteer Competition, festival appearances, recognition as a Festival Ambassador, professional photo opportunities, and a feature in the Railroad Festival Magazine.
The Miss Amory Railroad Festival winner (ages 16-19 receives an official crown, custom sash, trophy, scholarship, paid entry into the Miss Mississippi Volunteer Competition, a cover feature on the Railroad Festival Magazine, a professional photo session, official appearances throughout the year, and recognition as the official ambassador of the Amory Railroad Festival.
