Referral Program: Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the SeeMyLegacy Referral Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

• “Referrer” means an active SeeMyLegacy subscription customer who is identified by a New Customer as part of the referral process.

• “New Customer” means an organization that does not have an active SeeMyLegacy subscription at the time of referral. Organizations with expired or previously inactive subscriptions may qualify as New Customers.

• “Referral” means the submission of the official referral form by a New Customer that identifies a Referrer.

• “Qualified Referral” means a Referral where the New Customer completes the subscription process and purchases an annual SeeMyLegacy plan.

• “Subscription Period” means a 12-month term of a Referrer’s active SeeMyLegacy subscription.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Program is open only to Referrers with an active SeeMyLegacy subscription located within the United States.

2.2 A Referral is established when a New Customer submits the official referral form and identifies a Referrer.

2.3 A Referral becomes a Qualified Referral when the New Customer subscribes to an annual SeeMyLegacy plan.

2.4 Referrals submitted after a New Customer has subscribed are not eligible.

2.5 Self-referrals, including referrals of additional organizations managed by the Referrer, are permitted.

2.6 A New Customer must purchase a SeeMyLegacy subscription within sixty (60) days of submitting the referral form for the Referral to qualify.

3. Referral Rewards

3.1 For each Qualified Referral, the Referrer will receive a $250 credit applied to their next subscription renewal.

3.2 Referral rewards are capped at $500 per Subscription Period.

3.3 Referral credits may only be applied to subscription renewal invoices and cannot be used for other products, services, or fees.

3.4 Referral credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another customer account.

3.5 Referral credits remain valid until the Referrer’s next renewal date, even if the subscription term is longer than one year.

3.6 Referral credits will be issued only if the New Customer subscribes within sixty (60) days of submitting the referral form.

4. New Customer Discount

4.1 A New Customer that subscribes through a Qualified Referral will receive a $250 discount on their first annual subscription.

4.2 The discount applies one time, at the initial subscription, and is not available for renewals.

5. Exclusions

5.1 Referral credits may not be combined with any other renewal-related credits, discounts, or promotions.

5.2 Self-referrals, including referrals of additional organizations managed by the Referrer, are permitted.

6. Verification and Fraud Prevention

6.1 All Referrals are subject to verification by SeeMyLegacy.

6.2 SeeMyLegacy reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral credits or discounts in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation.

6.3 SeeMyLegacy may audit Referrals and rewards at any time to ensure compliance with these Terms.

7. Program Changes and Termination

7.1 SeeMyLegacy may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

7.2 Any credits or discounts earned before termination will remain valid in line with these Terms, unless revoked under Section 6.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between participants and SeeMyLegacy regarding the Program and supersede all prior communications or understandings.

8.2 Participation in the Program does not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture between the participant and SeeMyLegacy.

8.3 The Program is void where prohibited by law.

8.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
