After placing your order, you’ll work directly with our Customer Success Team to design your plaque. We’ll send you design proofs to review, approve, or request edits before it goes into production.

Once your order is placed, physical plaques cannot be changed. However, you can update the Digital Story linked to your QR code at any time.

How do I install my Story Board?
