How do I install my Story Tag?
Story Tags come with the option to order with or without pre-drilled holes for easy mounting. If you choose pre-drilled holes, you can install them using screws or mounting posts. If you opt for no holes, adhesive or other mounting methods can be used.
Can Story Tags be placed indoors?
Absolutely! Story Tags work great in museums, community centers, schools, and other indoor spaces.
What happens if my QR code stops working?
QR codes are designed to be permanent, but if you experience issues, contact our support team for assistance.
How do I edit my Digital Story?
You can edit your Digital Story in two places:
- Through the Item that was linked to the QR Plaque - select Edit Story.
- In your Plaque’s managing grid under In-Use QR Plaque - select Edit Story
Can I update the Digital Story after my Story Tag is installed?
Yes! You can edit or add content to your Digital Story anytime without affecting the physical plaque.
