Platform Automatic Updates
All Items Tab & within a Campaign
Managing Items in the All Items Tab
Navigate to the All Items Tab in Your Community Profile.
This will prompt the Item Editor and will allow you to make all the updates you want.
When done, simply select Save.
Within a Campaign
To manage items within a Campaign, navigate to the Campaigns Tab and locate the Campaign the Item is part of.
Once in the Campaign Overview, select Items in the upper right toggle.
Here you will see the Campaign Items in a Map view. Locate the Item you want to edit.
Once you locate the Item - select Edit Item to activate the Item Editor.
Make the desired updates and Save.

Editing Items
There are two reasons you would want to Edit your Items
- New Information you want to share
You can always add new photos, adjust the description, or update the Item Price to better reflect the opportunity for your community members - Giving Recognition to Your Donors or Volunteers
You can always enhance your Donated Items, by adding a picture of the donor or volunteer, and by using the description to talk about their contribution
Posting Items
There are two ways to Post your Items
- Post an Individual Item
In the Edit Item popup you can change the Posted Status.
By Posting your Item it will be visible in the All Items tab and in it's related Campaign that has also been Posted
Not Posting your Item means it remains private and only visible to you the Community until you switch to Posted Yes - Post all Items within a Campaign
By posting a Campaign all Items within the Campaign automatically posted for you, but you can un-Post specific Items if you choose.
Within a Campaign
Once in the Campaign Overview, select Items in the upper right toggle.
Here you will see the Campaign Items in a Map view. Locate the Item you want to edit.
Where Can I Manage My Items
All Items Tab & within a Campaign
Once you've created your Items, there are two places where you can Manage them
Managing Items in the All Items Tab
Navigate to the All Items Tab in Your Community Profile.
You'll see all of your Items in a Gallery View - Locate the Item you wish to edit by scrolling or using the search and filters.
Once you've located the Item you want to edit, select Edit Item on the Item Card.
This will prompt the Item Editor and will allow you to make all the updates you want.

Within a Campaign
To manage items within a Campaign, navigate to the Campaigns Tab and locate the Campaign the Item is part of.
Once in the Campaign Overview, select Items in the upper right toggle.
Here you will see the Campaign Items in a Map view. Locate the Item you want to edit.
Once you locate the Item - select Edit Item to activate the Item Editor.
Make the desired updates and Save.
