SeeMyLegacy Guarantee — Terms and Conditions

At See My Legacy LLC, we stand behind the impact of our platform. That’s why we offer the SeeMyLegacy Guarantee:
If you, or any one of the organizations you have purchased the platform for, do not recoup your Subscription Fee within six (6) months of your Subscription Start Date, we will refund 100% of the applicable per-unit Subscription Fee when all eligibility requirements are met.

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for the SeeMyLegacy Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

1. Definition of Recouped Amount

“Recouping” your Subscription Fee means raising funds via the platform equal to or greater than your Subscription Fee through the SeeMyLegacy platform.

The definition of funds raised includes:

  • Donations
  • Sponsorships
  • Registration Fees
  • All payments collected through the SeeMyLegacy Platform
  • Volunteer hours, administrative savings, or other indirect benefits are not included.

Note: The definition of Funds Raised will be determined as the gross amount processed via the platform before standard card/ACH processing fees are deducted.

2. Definition of Subscription Fee

Subscription Fee refers to the full amount paid for an individual Subscription with See My Legacy LLC. In the case of purchasing multiple subscriptions for your affiliated organizations, you will only be refunded for those organizations who did not recoup the per-unit Subscription Fee.

3. Campaign and Promotion Requirements

  • The customer must publicly launch at least one Campaign through the SeeMyLegacy platform within 30 days of the Subscription Start Date.
  • The Campaign must be promoted on the customer’s website and at least once per month on social media or email newsletters throughout the six-month period.

4. Request Process

  • The refund must be requested via email to support@seemylegacy.com within 15 days after the six-month mark of the Subscription Start Date.
  • For Customers purchasing multiple subscriptions for affiliated organizations: you must specify which organizations did not recoup their subscription fees and confirm that all other eligibility requirements were met for those specific organizations.
  • See My Legacy LLC reserves the right to request reasonable documentation to verify campaign launch and promotion activities before processing any refund.

5. Refund Details

  • The refund amount will equal the per-unit Subscription Fee. This means that you may only request a refund for the Subscriptions that did not recoup their subscription fee.
  • For subscriptions beginning mid-month, the six-month period begins on the exact Subscription Start Date, not the calendar month.
  • Refunds will be issued via check by See My Legacy LLC.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the approved request.

6. Additional Terms

  • Visibility to the Total Amount raised is accessible in each Subscriber's Activity Log, where all payment transactions are tracked.
  • This guarantee applies only to good-faith efforts to fundraise through the platform. Campaigns must include meaningful fundraising goals/initiatives, target audiences, and promotional efforts that are recommended by See My Legacy LLC.
  • Campaigns must represent genuine fundraising initiatives appropriate to the organization's mission
  • See My Legacy LLC reserves the right to deny refunds for accounts that violate our Terms of Service
